چکیده
This article proposes an energy management system (EMS) for shared electric bicycles. The objective is to guarantee assistance the cyclist while avoiding discharging battery. basic working principle exploits cycling efficiency gaps. proposed multilayered EMS specifically tailored a free-floating bike-sharing setting. innermost layer manages and harvesting with of yielding intuitive human–machine interface. middle level modulates so track desired average battery power. adaptive model-based controller designed on control-oriented model bicycle dynamics. A profiling mechanism enables adaptation. outermost loop guarantees long-term robustness by tracking state-of-charge profile. Extensive simulations experimental tests validate this approach in terms usability charge sustenance, proving that paramount importance.

investigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
Antilock Regenerative Braking System Design for a Hybrid Electric Vehicle
Hybrid electric vehicles employ a hydraulic braking system and a regenerative braking system together to provide enhanced braking performance and energy regeneration. In this paper an integrated braking system is proposed for an electric hybrid vehicle that include a hydraulic braking system and a regenerative braking system which is functionally connected to an electric traction motor. In the ...

In this paper, a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model is proposed to solve the charging problem of electric vehicles (EVs) using floating charge method meaning that the EV, could be supplied by each of the three phases connected to a special bus. In other words, unlike a usual household load which is only supplied by a particular phase, in the floating charge method it is assumed that ...

This communication presents the validation of a methodology to compute good approximations of minimal energy controllers under constraint of average speed. The application is an electric bicycle travelling along a given 3D path. The proposed method consists to 1) intelligently sample the research space then 2) apply A* (Astar) optimal pathfinding algorithm with an efficient heuristic. The resul...
